Terms and conditions

• A person is deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions if such person purchases, uses or makes any dealing involving an E-Voucher. 
• The value of each E-Voucher is denominated in Singapore currency.

Use of E-Voucher at Participating Merchant:

1. This E-Voucher can only be used at St. Gregory Spa at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. 
2. More than one (1) E-Voucher per transaction is allowed. 
3. This E-Voucher must be presented at cashier before payment to enjoy this offer. 
4. This E-Voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of redemption. 
5. Points deducted are not refundable. 
6. The E-Voucher must be fully utilized to the value indicated. If the value is not fully utilized to the value indicated, it will not be refunded. 
7. The E-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other payment form. 
8. The management reserves the right to amend the offer / terms and conditions without prior notice. 
9. Not valid in conjunction with other on-going promotions/ VIP cards/ discounts/ price controlled items and/ or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
10. Redemption of the E-Voucher is not valid on eve of/ and on Public Holidays and special occasions. 
11. Advance reservation is required and usage of this E-Voucher must be mentioned upon making the reservation. Visit panpacific.com to contact the participating outlets directly. 
12. The E-Voucher is valid for dine-in only. 
13. The use of this E-Voucher is subject to terms and conditions of the participating outlets.
